These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application and services (together, the "Platform") offered by Shakti E Solutions Private Limited ("Shakti", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Platform in any capacity — as a Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor, White Label partner, or as an end customer — you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Our Services
Shakti operates as a technology and banking correspondent aggregator, enabling authorised partners to offer services such as AEPS, Micro ATM, BBPS bill payments, domestic money transfer, mobile and DTH recharge, PAN card assistance, savings account opening, insurance and FASTag through our Platform, in partnership with licensed banks, payment aggregators, billers and telecom operators.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register on the Platform. Any information you provide during registration — including your name, contact details and any identification documents — must be accurate, current and belong to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, MPIN and OTPs, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. KYC & Verification
Certain services require identity verification (KYC) in line with RBI-linked banking correspondent guidelines. We may request documents such as Aadhaar, PAN or business proof, and may suspend or restrict access to services until verification is complete.
4. Partner Hierarchy & Commissions
Distributors, Master Distributors and White Label partners may onboard and manage Retailers under their hierarchy, subject to our approval. Commission structures are disclosed within the Platform and may be revised from time to time; where required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to commission or fee structures.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, impersonation or circumvention of KYC requirements. You agree not to use automated tools to access, scrape or interfere with the Platform, and not to post or transmit content that is false, defamatory, obscene or infringes another party's rights.
6. Fees & Charges
Shakti may charge or revise service fees and commissions at its discretion, with such changes reflected within the Platform. We aim to keep our fee structure transparent and will notify partners of material changes in advance wherever practicable.
7. Service Availability
While we work to keep the Platform available at all times, services depend on third-party banking, payment and telecom infrastructure that is outside our direct control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for delays or failures caused by such third parties.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unethical conduct, or provided false information. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to settlement of any pending dues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shakti's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount directly affected by the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
